This book is a controversial work designed to demonstrate, among other things, that the doctrine of universal atonement has no scriptural basis and is destructive to the gospel. Those who see no need for doctrinal purity and have no time for theological debates that highlight divisions among so-called evangelicals may refuse to read this book. Prejudices are a passionate thing, and we are all very proud of our own theological beliefs. However, it is hoped that the publication of this book will find readers with a more open attitude.
