Jonathan Edwards is one of the greatest figures in Protestantism of all time. And a library of Christian classics would be incomplete without the work of this great American theologian.

It was these English Baptists who re-edited Edwards' book "An Humble Attempt to Promote Extraordinary Prayer" in 1789, and sent William Carey to India in 1793. At least one volume by Edwards was with Carey on this historic journey.
