Leaders in Growth

In recent decades, churches in Latin America have experienced rapid and significant numerical growth within a context of religious change and a loss of trust in leaders and institutions. Consequently, one of the key issues on the current agenda for churches is the need to train leaders capable of responding to both the significant challenges within faith communities and those emerging from changing society and cultures. The purpose of this book is to respond, from a Christian perspective, to this need.
