For young people or adults; men or women; students or professionals. Accessible to today's reader. God's will proposes that if God has a specific will for us, He must want us to know it. If so, then we could expect Him to communicate it to us through the Bible, His revelation. Therefore, God's will is, in fact, very explicit in the Scriptures.
