Al-Andalus, 9th century. Oso, a Christian with an irregular life, is about to be executed by order of a Muslim court. When the sentence is about to be carried out, Oso offers to get a magical plant in exchange for his life being spared. The pact is accepted, but he will only have twelve days to fulfill his mission while his daughter Lara remains as a hostage. Helped by his friend, the Persian Jalal al-Din, and by Osobelena, a Norman slave, Oso will try to save his life and that of his daughter in an impossible mission.
