Generous Justice

Poverty and injustice are issues that have concerned Timothy Keller since he began as a pastor more than thirty years ago. In Generous Justice, he demonstrates that while it was once well-known that the Bible is the moral foundation of justice in society, the opposing positions of conservatives and liberals have so polarized opinion that not even the church can agree on what "doing justice" means. Keller examines key biblical passages that promote just practice and reveals that only through a deep experience of God's grace will we find the motivation to care for the poor.
