In October 2008, over six thousand people gathered in Chicago to hear a call for a countercultural revolution from leaders such as John Piper, Mary Kassian, Joni Eareckson-Tada, Karen Loritts, Janet Parshall, and Nancy Leigh DeMoss.
These voices issued the call to return to biblical womanhood, and thousands of women responded. Now they are the voices heard in communities, churches, and ministries around the world. This is how the True Woman movement began.
