Among other things, this book teaches the following in a practical and radical way: Our sexual conduct reveals who, or what, governs our lives; God commands us to be pure and forbids impurity; purity is always wise and impurity is foolish; sexual relations are very powerful, as they are capable of doing immense good or immense harm; it is good to protect virginity, so saving oneself for marriage not only glorifies God, but also brings happiness. If we sow purity today, we will reap a rich harvest. Then, by the grace of God, when we contemplate what our lives have been, we will not do so with lamentations, but with a deep feeling of gratitude.
