Many believe that the Christian life consists of being saved and having complete assurance of going to heaven after death, while living a languid and routine faith experience, as if it had nothing more to offer.

For centuries, the emphasis on Christianity as a change of salvation has relegated one of the central teachings of the Gospel to the background: the good news of the new creation (Galatians 6:15) or the new creature (2 Corinthians 5:17).

This new creation does not refer to the eschatological future but is inserted into the believer's life as an experience of the real presence of the resurrected Christ, so that believing men and women are transformed into the image of Christ, or in other words, Christ is configured in believers, in an ontological and spiritual unity capable of filling life with a meaning and joy that exceed all knowledge.

This book explores in depth what this means, its nature, character, and implications, starting from the beginning, from Christ, passing through conversion and new birth, to reaching the new being, which is Christ in believing men and women as a hope of glory and a life project (Colossians 1:27).

It also analyzes what this implies in social life and in the formation of a new humanity and a new Christendom, based on the new man in Christ.
