Leadership and Its Dynamics

If I were to begin my ministry as a pastor tomorrow, knowing what I know today, there is one commitment I would prioritize and give more attention to. That commitment is leadership. Specifically, I would commit to more clearly defining the biblical concept of a leader.

Then, I would commit to investing more time and focus in developing leaders committed to that biblical concept of leadership. Finally, I would seek ways to place or deploy them not only in the church and in their families but in every honorable sphere of influence in our culture.
