Eric Liddell was a Scottish boy, who found great joy, in running fast as the wind, every time he had the chance. He loved speed to the point, that one day he began to dream, of going to the Olympic Games, and representing Great Britain.

At the very moment his dream came true, Eric Liddell shocked the world by refusing to run in the Olympics on Sunday, because he believed it was a day to reverence God. Many people considered him foolish and a traitor because they were sure he would win. But Eric believed in the promise "I honor those who honor me" and God fulfilled His promise. He left his fame as an Olympic champion and went to China as a missionary. Eric put God first in his life. This beautiful story will be an example of honor and commitment for the little ones (1902-1945).
