The redemptive work of Christ is both the central message of the Scriptures and also the glue that binds its various parts, bringing them into harmony with one another.
God’s covenants are His means of developing the plan and applying the benefits of His redemptive work. In this way, through a study of these covenants that embody the great promise of salvation, we will be able to see more clearly how the Bible fits together. It is my prayer that this book will be a means of promoting a greater understanding of God’s work of redemption, and thereby a greater praise and glory to His Son!
