This 30-day Devotional Treasure is a powerful encounter with a legendary spiritual leader whose life and words deeply impressed the church and the world. Lance Wubbels has selected and edited the most valuable of several writings by leaders on topics powerfully evident in their lives.
Hudson Taylor (1832-1905) shares the spiritual secrets that transformed his life and work. He was a pioneering missionary in the almost closed empire of China. Disabled, he returned to England, but with a passion for millions of Chinese who did not know Christ. He asked God to send twenty-four willing and capable workers to China, and God provided 641 missionaries.
In these thirty devotional readings, Taylor shares with believers the spiritual secrets that transformed his life and work. In them, he assures us that God's power is available today. Believers are supernatural people, born again by a supernatural birth, kept by a supernatural power, sustained by supernatural food, taught by a supernatural Teacher, with teachings from a supernatural Book. We are led by a supernatural Captain on the right paths to achieve sure victories. These spiritual secrets will inspire and challenge you to a greater faith.
