It is encouraging that so many pastors and Christians are actively interested in helping others. In trying as they can, many run into harsh realities, only to find that their best intentions are no substitute for biblical knowledge and its application. Although they sincerely want to see change, they simply don't know how to achieve it. To help others, they first need help understanding the counseling process itself. It is for these people that I have prepared this book as a guide in the process of achieving biblical change.
