David listened to what the others were saying and thought for a moment. He didn't usually share his thoughts with his classmates, but this time he spoke up and said: "I'm going to be a millionaire and retire when I turn forty!".
David Bussau was educated in New Zealand in different orphanages for boys, places that did not usually offer young people too many expectations of success in life. David rebelled against his destiny, becoming an entrepreneurial teenager who, after managing a rented fast-food stand, acquired various businesses until he succeeded in the world of finance. From that success arose his vision to help victims of natural disasters and the poor in Australia, Indonesia, India, and many other countries.
Today, David continues to work through Opportunity International, a humanitarian organization that is present worldwide.
