Undoubtedly, we are all waiting for something: a better job, healing in the midst of illness, a spouse, children, the restoration of a relationship... the list could go on and on.
If there's one thing that characterizes our life in this fallen world, it is unfulfilled longings. During these trials, it's easy to feel discouraged, to believe that God has forgotten us, and that our eyes cannot see beyond our pain. So we ask ourselves the same question: how long, O God?
This book seeks to help the reader see Christ in the midst of waiting by reflecting on the truths of Psalm 13 and pointing them to a greater hope beyond circumstances.
